Employee Philanthropy and Engagement
Grant Program
With support from the COFRA Foundation, Bregal offers grants to employees to further contribute to the issues they are most passionate about. Often, the grants are distributed to help grow or strengthen an employee‘s existing engagement with a philanthropic organization, where a history of dedicated time and resources spent exists. These grants are specifically intended to address themes such as education and training, services for underprivileged young people and families, and climate change mitigation.[[1]]
Charitable Matching
As an additional pathway for employee giving, the COFRA Foundation matches charitable contributions made by employees up to €5,000 per employee in any calendar year.
