Further, Bregal maintains and may develop future responsible investing goals, targets, intentions, or expectations which cover the Bregal platform, including Sagemount and its portfolio companies. Sagemont may not report such Bregal-directed goals, targets, intentions or expectations as its own commitments. Sagemount's approach to aligning with and reporting against Bregal's commitments, goals, targets, intentions and expectation has evolved over time, and may continue to evolve.
