Prior to joining Bregal Investments Jhames worked for a number of years in the Finance Sector for brands such as Jimmy Choo, Nicole Farhi and more recently Jack Wills Ltd all in an Accounts Payable capacity.

Steven Black joined Bregal Investments in September 2012. Steve was elected to NASDAQ OMX’s board of directors in December 2011.
Steve was the Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. from March 2010 through February 2011 and a member of the firm’s Operating and Executive committees. Prior to that position, Steve was the Executive Chairman of J.P. Morgan Investment Bank from October 2009 through March 2010. He also served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan Investment Bank from 2004 through 2009. Steve was the Deputy Co-Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan Investment Bank since 2003 and also served as head of J. P. Morgan Investment Bank’s Global Equities business since 2000, following a career with Citigroup and its predecessor firms.
Steve serves as a member on the investment committees of Bregal Freshstream, Bregal Unternehmerkapital, Bregal Milestone, Bregal Capital, Bregal Sagemount, Bregal Partners, Bregal Energy, Bregal Private Equity Partners, Ranch Capital Investment, Birchill Exploration and Centre Bregal Partners.
He is a 1974 graduate of Duke University and has served on the New York Development Council.
Ms. Brenninkmeijer joined Bregal in September 2017.
Tatjana graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2016 where she obtained a B.A. in Land Economy (Law, Economics and Geography).
Mr. Brenninkmeijer assumed the role of non-executive Chairman of Bregal Investments in October 2013.
Mr. Brenninkmeijer has been with the COFRA group for the past 25 years. From 1991 to 2000, he held various commercial and store operating positions with the European clothing retailer C&A in France and Belgium, culminating in 1997 as the Executive Board member responsible for all European stores. He then joined Redevco, COFRA’s Real Estate Organization, managing a start-up till 2002. In 2003 he joined Bregal Investments. In Bregal he has subsequently worked in BPEP, its fund investment arm between 2003 and 2009, has restructured portfolio holdings and served in Investment Committees between 2010 and 2014, becoming Chairman in late 2013. Mr. Brenninkmeijer also serves as the Chairman of Redevco from April 2013 till April 2018 and is a member of the Cofra Executive Board since Jan 2015.
Mr. Brenninkmeijer holds an MA of Oxford University studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Pembroke College; subsequently he obtained an MBA from IMD, Lausanne.
Mrs. Bright joined Bregal in 2012 from PPM Managers, where she was an Associate Director involved in fund and direct investments in Europe and Emerging Markets. Before that, she worked at Deloitte LLP for 6 years in the corporate finance and private equity funds group.
Mrs. Bright grew up in Portugal and received an Economics degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She has completed her CFA Level I.
Jan is a Managing Partner of Bregal Milestone and a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to founding Bregal Milestone, Jan was a co-founding Partner at Makuria Investment Management, where he led investments in the equity and debt of European companies.
Before setting up Makuria, Jan originated and invested in European special situations at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Jan began his career in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in London, where he executed complex M&A and leveraged finance transactions across Europe. He holds an M.A. in Finance from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
Francesco is a Principal at Bregal Milestone. Prior to joining Bregal Milestone, he was an investment professional at Kildare Partners, a European private equity firm. Before Kildare Partners, Francesco was a member of the European Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs, investing the proprietary capital of the firm into the debt and equity of European mid-market companies.
Francesco started his career in the private equity team at Partners Group. He holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Bocconi University.
Li Ling Chang
Vice President - Portfolio Monitoring
Li Ling Chang joined Bregal in February 2010 as a financial analyst.
Prior to joining Bregal, Li Ling worked within the KPMG Corporate Restructuring team. Her work included providing advice on corporate transactions, capital structures, improvements to cash flow and investment appraisal.
Li Ling is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BEng in Electrical Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London.
Sebastian is an Associate at Bregal Milestone. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he advised companies and executed a variety of transactions in the Data & Analytics M&A team. Sebastian was a U-18 Swedish National Champion in Ice Hockey.
Sebastian holds a B.Sc. in Politics from University of Bristol and an MA in International Political Economy from King's College London.
Sofia joined Bregal in April 2019.
Prior to joining Bregal, she worked for IQEQ (Formerly known as Augentius), a private equity and real estate administrator. During her time at IQEQ, she gained experience working on a different Fund structures. She is currently in her final stages of her ACCA qualification..

Finance Director - Europe
Graham joined Bregal in May 2016 as the European Finance Director.
Prior to joining Bregal, Graham spent 16 years at Parallel Private Equity where he was the Finance Partner and was responsible for all finance and operational matters. Graham has also spent 10 years at KPMG in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and specialized in the financial sector.
Graham graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Chemistry.
Chief Financial Officer
Dwight Cupit is the CFO of Bregal and oversees all aspects of finance and operations of the firm.
Dwight has a long association with the Bregal group, formerly being the CFO of Bregal Capital from 2010 to 2015 and previously the CFO of Englefield Capital, which was acquired by Bregal in 2010. Dwight joined Englefield at its inception in 2002, holding its first close in 2003 with Bregal Investments as a major limited partner in its Funds I and II. Before joining Englefield, Dwight was the Finance Director of eVolution Global Partners, a start-up venture capital firm sponsored by Kleiner Perkins, Texas Pacific Group and Bain & Co. Dwight started his career at Arthur Andersen working in the Melbourne, San Francisco and the London offices.
Dwight is a Chartered Accountant in both the UK and Australia and graduated from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, with a Bachelor in Economics.
Steffen is a Senrio Advisor of Bregal Milestone. Steffen works with our portfolio companies on high performance initiatives to create value. These include growth strategy, digitalization, performance improvement, salesforce effectiveness, pricing optimization, and merger integration. Prior to joining Bregal Milestone, Steffen was a successful entrepreneur founding and exiting several businesses in various industries ranging from renewable energy to e-commerce.
Steffen began his career as a Management Consulting with McKinsey & Company working in the Munich and Tokyo offices. He led projects for multinational clients with a focus on strategy development, development of business “turn around” and growth programs as well as operational improvement. Steffen holds a PhD (Dr. rer. oec.) from University Duisburg-Essen, and a Masters in Industrial Engineering and Management from University of Karlsruhe (TH). He is an alumnus of Fulbright and Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes.
Senior IT Manager
Victor Davies joined Bregal in 2010 as the Senior IT Manager for the European offices and oversees the firm's global IT infrastructure.
Prior to joining Bregal, Victor spent over 10 years as the IT Manager for Atlas Venture LLP's European offices, based in London, Munich and Paris, where he was responsible for setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure for all the European offices.
Victor has MSc from Middlesex University in Telecommunications and Computing.
Emmanuel de Croÿ
Emmanuel is a Senior Associate at Bregal Milestone. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore, where he advised companies and executed a variety of transactions in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Healthcare teams.
Emmanuel holds a double M.Sc. in Management and CEMS degree from the London School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Business Engineering from the Université Saint-Louis in Brussels.
Alvar de Wolff
Managing Director - Head of ESG & Responsible Investing
Alvar joined Bregal in December 2016 as Director - Corporate and Social Responsibility.
Prior to joining Bregal, Alvar spent 10 years in private equity working for AAC Capital, a mid-market buyout fund focused on the Benelux region. He was an Investment Director responsible for managing several investments as well as leading the corporate social responsibility and ESG activities. Prior he gained M&A and private equity experience at M&A boutique Sequoia in London.
Alvar was a member of the Responsible Investment committee of the Dutch Venture Capital Association (NVP). He holds a Master in Economics from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
Rhianna has worked as legal counsel for Bregal – Europe since March 2019.
Prior to joining Bregal, Rhianna trained and qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, the last 6 months of which she spent on secondment in Singapore in the firm’s international M&A team. Following qualification, Rhianna became an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity team, and spent 10 months on secondment at Bregal prior to becoming a permanent employee.
Rhianna graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Jurisprudence and completed the LPC at BPP University Law School in Holborn.
Senior Fund Accountant
Lucy joined Bregal in April 2015 as a Fund Accountant.
Prior to joining Bregal, she worked within the Private Equity team at Langham Hall, a fund administration company, where she qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Lucy holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Leeds.
Mr. Faber joined Bregal in 2004 from Henderson Private Capital, the private equity division of Henderson Global Investors, where he was the head of the global private equity fund of funds business since 2000.
Prior to joining Henderson, Mr. Faber was a private equity specialist for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington D.C. and was involved in managing a US$1 billion emerging markets private equity fund of funds program. Before IFC, Mr. Faber was a senior investment officer for FMO in the Netherlands where he co-founded the private equity group which was involved in direct and fund investments. Mr. Faber began his career as investment manager for Credit Lyonnais in their International Capital Markets Group.
Mr. Faber has a Masters in Management Science and Industrial Engineering from the University of Technology in Eindhoven.
AJ Getter is an Analyst at Bregal Partners.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. Getter was a Summer Analyst with Wells Fargo’s Mergers and Acquisitions group, performing valuation analysis across multiple industries.
Mr. Getter graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce concentrating in Quantitative Finance.

Before joining the firm, he was an investment professional with Macquarie’s Principal Finance team, the proprietary investing arm of the bank, investing debt and equity in special situations across Europe. Prior to this, he was an investment consultant to Generation Investment and Denham Capital, two growth private equity firms.
John holds two masters degrees from Oxford University, where he attended as a Rhodes Scholar, including an MBA from the Saïd Business School. He graduated summa cum laude from his B.Sc in Finance at the University of Cape Town.
Mrs. Harrison joined Bregal in 2010 from Ernst and Young, where she worked for 5 years in the Corporate Restructuring department. During this time, Mrs. Harrison worked with a number of financially distressed businesses across a diverse range of sectors. Her work involved assessing the financial strength and prospects of companies and trading businesses that were in administration, which involved managing these businesses through an accelerated sales process or towards winding-up.
Mrs. Harrison is a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bristol.
John Paul Heffernan
John Paul joined Bregal in February 2018 as a Financial Controller.
Prior to joining Bregal, John Paul worked for an emerging markets focused asset manager.
John Paul is a Chartered Accountant. He qualified with KPMG and worked in their Private Equity Group before moving to EY.
Rob leads Milestone Performance Partners, the portfolio optimisation capability in Bregal Milestone. He is an investor in Bregal Milestone and has previously acted as a Senior Advisor to the firm and as a Board Advisor to Basware, one of the firm’s portfolio companies.
Rob has over 25 years’ experience in international leadership roles in some of the foremost software and services businesses in the world. He has significant experience of advising and working with C-level executives, of selling industry vertical and enterprise software, and of selling and delivering large scale, complex business and technology change programmes in a variety of industries.
Immediately before joining Bregal Milestone full time, he was a Senior Vice President at Blue Prism, the market-leading and fast growing (80+ % yoy) robotics/AI software business where he led its Financial Services business (c.60% of the firm’s revenues). Prior to this, Rob was a Global Vice President at SAP, the largest European software business, where he led the company’s €2 billion pa global Financial Services business for several years and was responsible for the activities of 2000+ professionals across software sales, marketing, services and support. He refocused the business to take advantage of new disruptive technologies (e.g. AI, Blockchain, IoT etc.) and to position SAP as an innovation leader and a key digital transformation enabler in the global Financial Services industry. Results under his tenure were the strongest on record – double digit licence growth (including 50% + cloud growth) in his final year in role. Prior to joining SAP, Rob had a 20 year consulting career. He was a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and Cap Gemini, and led significant consulting businesses (€ 300-500m pa) for these firms across Europe and internationally with business management, client relationship development and client delivery responsibilities.
Rob has a variety of external and charitable interests in the UK and in Africa. He has an MBA from London Business School and a B Comm undergraduate degree.
Tax Manager - Europe
Nick joined Bregal in March 2015 as the European Tax Manager.
Prior to joining Bregal, Nick spent 10 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their asset management tax practice where he advised on fund and management group structures, as well as specialising in fund tax reporting.
Nick is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from Durham University.
Sarah joined Bregal Investments in March 2018 as a Corporate Accountant.
Prior to joining Bregal, she trained at Dixon Wilson and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Zuzana joined the Bregal group in 2013 as a Financial Controller.
She was previously a Manager of Finance at Hermes GPE and started her career at Augentius Fund Administration.

Senior Advisor, Technology
As Vice President, Google Hardware team, Suveer manages business operations & launches for Google’s home products (Chromecast, Google Home, Google Wifi) and strategic partnerships with content providers and app developers across Google’s hardware products.
Suveer previously drove commercial efforts and internationalization for products like Google TV and Display & Video ads. Suveer also worked on the early YouTube monetization plan for Europe and led the YouTube and Display ads sales team across various markets in EMEA.
Prior to Google, Suveer worked as a strategy consultant with Booz and Co. He holds a first class degree in Economics and Management from Oxford, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Ian is a Principal at Bregal Milestone. He brings significant operating and technology sector experience to the management teams. Prior to joining Bregal Milestone, Ian was a Vice President at Insight Partners, where he focused on partnering with Insight's portfolio companies to scale effective go-to-market teams through the application of proven and repeatable best practices. Prior to Insight, Ian led Sales Strategy and Operations at ZocDocs (a healthcare startup in New York) and was also an entrepreneur, having owned and operated an automotive dealership group and successfully sold the business to Lithia Motors (NYSE: LAD) in 2014. Ian started his career at Centerview Partners executing large-cap and complex M&A transactions.
Ian received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BA honors from Pomona College. Originally from Hong Kong, Ian also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
Philippe is a Managing Partner of Bregal Milestone and a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to founding Bregal Milestone, Philippe was a co-founder and Head of the European middle market lending business at Credit Suisse, investing private capital in European growth companies using the firm’s proprietary capital.
Before setting up this business, Philippe was a senior member of Credit Suisse’s European Special Situations Group. Earlier in his career, Philippe co-founded and ran Circle Capital Partners, a renewable energy investment firm. Philippe began his career in investment banking at ABN Amro and Deutsche Bank. He holds a M.A. in Business Administration from HEC University of Lausanne (Switzerland) as well as an M.Sc. in Finance from the Universite Catholique de Louvain la Neuve (Belgium).

Simon joined Bregal Investments as a Technical Business Analyst in April 2019.
Prior to joining Bregal, Simon worked as a technical business analyst for a wealth management firm and previously spent 10.5 years at Augentius fund administrators as the Business Analyst team manager where he managed a team of analysts across 5 worldwide office locations.
Saachi is an Associate at Bregal Milestone. Prior to joining the company, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, executing a wide variety of M&A and capital markets transactions across sectors in Europe, with a particular focus on the U.K.

Sommie joined Bregal Investments as a Graduate Trainee Fund Accountant in 2018.
Prior to joining Bregal, Sommie worked as a finance and data analyst at Patient, a digital healthcare platform. During her time at Patient, Sommie was responsible for undertaking data analytics and monitoring the progress of key performance indicator metrics.
Sommie holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance (with honours) from the London School of Economics.
General Counsel - Funds
Jonathan has worked as legal counsel for Bregal - Europe since November 2013.
Prior to joining Bregal, Jonathan trained and qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, during this period of his career he also spent time on secondment as in-house counsel at Schroders plc. Jonathan has also spent time as a legal consultant in the Philippines for an anti-trafficking NGO and continues to act as an advocate in this field as well as a director for a multi-national anti-trafficking charity outside of his role at Bregal.
Jonathan graduated from Durham University with a degree in Geography.
Director - Portfolio Monitoring
Gilles Pun-Lai-Yuen joined Bregal in February 2005 as a financial analyst. Working together with the investment teams, he is responsible for the analysis and appraisal of potential investments by Bregal as well as the on-going monitoring of Bregal's investment portfolio.
Previously, Gilles joined KPMG London in 1994 where he trained as a Chartered Accountant. During his last four years at KPMG, Gilles was responsible for KPMG's Financial Sector business modeling services. His work included advising clients on corporate transactions, providing solutions in business strategy, investment appraisals, financing structures and corporate restructuring primarily within the banking, insurance, investment management and private equity sectors.
Gilles has a BSc in Economics and Computing from the London School of Economics.
Lucia is an Associate at Bregal Milestone. Prior to joining the company, she was an Investment Banking analyst at Barclays, advising and executing M&A and capital markets transactions for clients in the Healthcare, Natural Resources and Power industries.
Lucia holds a BBA double degree in International Business Management from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Spain and Lancaster University in the UK.
Vice President - ESG & Responsible Investing
Egle joined Bregal in November 2019 as Vice President of ESG & Responsible Investing.
Prior to joining Bregal, Egle spent 9 years advising blue-chip companies, investors, and asset managers on sustainability strategy development and implementation. Most recently, Egle was an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle supporting companies with ESG integration and climate risk management. Earlier in her career, Egle worked in several specialist sustainability consulting and professional advisory firms, including DNV GL and EY, focusing on stakeholder engagement, responsible investment, and green bonds.
Egle has a BSc (Hons) in Politics with Economics from the University of Bath and holds a CFA IMC certificate
Paul is a Senior Advisor at Bregal Milestone. Paul advises a select number of corporations and families on a broad range of financial and strategic matters in addition to sitting on Boards of private and publicly traded companies, including Saipem.
Prior to joining Bregal Paul was Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he ran the Italian Investment Banking business before moving to senior coverage of Financial Sponsors. Before his time at Morgan Stanley, Paul held senior roles in Goldman Sachs leading different groups in London, Hong Kong and New York including Head of the European Natural Resources Group and the Consumer and Retail Group. Paul started his career at Euromobiliare in Milan as an Equity Trader and Portfolio Manager. He is an Italian national and holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from INSEAD.
Director, Capital Development - Europe
Caroline joined Bregal in October 2019 as Director, Capital Development.
Prior to joining Bregal, Caroline spent seven years with GI Partners, a middle market buyout and real estate investment firm in San Francisco, most recently as Principal of Investor Relations. Earlier in her career, Caroline worked in investment banking and equity capital markets at Jefferies & Company.
Caroline holds an M.B.A from the NYU Stern School of Business and an A.B. from Brown University.
Senior Financial Controller - Europe
Mia Sendlbeck joined Bregal in February 2016 as a Financial Controller.
Prior to joining Bregal, Mia worked as Investment Controller at Lewis Trust Group where she was involved in the finance functions of the property and investment division.
Mia Sendlbeck is a Chartered Accountant and graduated magna cum laude from the American University of Rome with a BSc(Hons) in Business Administration & International Business Management and a Masters Degree in Finance.
Cyrus is a Managing Partner of Bregal Milestone and a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to founding Bregal Milestone, Cyrus was a co-founder and Head of the European middle market lending business at Credit Suisse, investing private capital in European growth companies using the firm’s proprietary capital.
Before setting up this business, Cyrus held various senior positions at Goldman Sachs where he originated, arranged and invested in leveraged buyouts and growth capital financings. Cyrus began his career as a strategy consultant at Accenture in London. Cyrus holds a B.Sc.in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is a former winner of the Stanford University Global Entrepreneur’s Challenge.
Trainee Fund Accountant
Olena joined Bregal Investments as a Graduate Trainee Fund Accountant in 2019.
Prior to joining Bregal, Olena worked as Operations Analyst at Brookstreet Equity Partners -PEVC investment group. She is currently studying towards ACCA qualification.
Olena holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from the University College London.
Marco joined Bregal Investments as a Financial Analyst in November 2017, shortly after completing an internship.
Prior to joining Bregal, Marco worked as an equity researcher at Aalto Invest within their long/short equity team. During his time at Aalto Invest, Marco was primarily responsible for conducting micro-level company analysis and industry modelling to aid investment decisions.
Marco holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Kate joined Bregal in July 2014 and was appointed General Counsel – Europe in December 2015.
Prior to joining Bregal, Kate worked as a corporate lawyer in the private equity teams at Clifford Chance LLP and Taylor Wessing LLP.
Kate is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales. She has an LLB law degree from University of Nottingham, and an LLM in corporate and commercial law from University of London, King’s College London.
Ari is Senior Advisor at Bregal Milestone. A serial entrepreneur with two decades of digital media, e-commerce, software-as-a-service, and venture scaling experience, today he advises a select group of privately held media- & technology companies in EMEA on commercial and strategic matters.
As co-founder and Managing Director of LOVEFiLM.com, a Netflix-inspired online movie delivery platform, Ari was part of the leadership team that grew the company from start-up to a $100m turnover business. In this function, he drove sales, managed operations, and spearheaded international expansion by successfully establishing various new growth markets. LOVEFiLM was acquired by Amazon in 2011.
Previously, Ari worked as a consultant at Oxford Research in Copenhagen. He is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University.
Natalie joined the Bregal Investments London finance team in August 2016 as a Fund Accountant.
Prior to joining Bregal, Natalie worked in Private Equity, in Australia, for Ironbridge Capital for 7 years.
Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce - Professional Accounting degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia in 2013.
Tobias Buhrke is an Investment Manager at Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
Before joining Bregal, he worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt.
Tobias holds a MSc in Management from the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
Philipp Freyschlag is a Director at Bregal Unternehmerkapital.

Prior to joining Bregal, Yan Auerbach worked as a Systems Administrator for Bessemer Venture Partners, where he made the firm’s business possible by spearheading its information technology initiatives. He was in the board room during early stage company pitches from Linkedin, Pinterest, Twilio, Box.net and many more. This experience gave Yan crucial visibility into startup companies and how they emerge in the marketplace, which translated directly to his pioneering entrepreneurship with his own startup SpeechTrans.
At Bregal, Yan is the liaison between the companies business and IT needs. His job is to make sure that technology is being implemented in a way which is beneficial to the organization and it's growth strategy.

Ronald Fishman joined Bregal in 2012 as Senior Tax Manager and is responsible for tax planning, compliance and reporting for North American investment activity.
Prior to joining Bregal he was a Vice President and Senior Tax Manager at COFRA North America, where he was involved with tax planning and compliance for its private equity, real estate and retail business activities. Previously, he has held Tax Director positions at Paramount Group Inc., as well as Devon Properties, Inc., and was formerly a Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Fishman received a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University, and a MST (Masters of Science in Taxation) from Seton Hall University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
In her role as a Vice President, Raluca Florea drives the origination, evaluation, execution and post-transaction value creation in companies Bregal Energy invests in. She focuses on sustainable investments ranging from conventional renewable assets to flexible distributed generation, as well as revolutionary technologies such as concentrated solar power. As a Board Member to several portfolio companies, Raluca drives key strategic initiatives to improve risk-adjusted returns in existing investments.
Prior to joining Bregal Investments, Raluca worked at McKinsey & Company where she advised clients in the energy and telecommunications sectors. Previously, Raluca designed and implemented the financial strategy of 12 consumer brands for Procter & Gamble, including new product launches and portfolio optimization.

Mr. Flynn joined Bregal in 2004 from Deutsche Asset Management, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank, a leading global financial service provider, where he was Global Head of the Private Equity Funds Group. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Flynn worked at the AXA Group, a worldwide leader in financial protection and wealth management, where he founded and managed its €1 billion global private equity fund of funds business.
His investment experience also includes developing investment fund joint ventures for Den norske Bank, Norway's largest financial services firm, arbitrage investing for First City Financial, and leveraged buyout work for Kelso & Company in New York. Before entering the investment field, Mr. Flynn worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company.

Adam Fuller is a Partner and Co-founder at Bregal Sagemount. Prior to this, Mr. Main spent 12 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was one of the founding team members of the Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group. As a Vice President for the Specialty Lending Group, he was responsible for originating, structuring, and managing senior debt, second lien debt, mezzanine debt, and equity investments in leveraged transactions on behalf of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Main led the group’s business development efforts in the Southwest US and was responsible for originations in the business services, financial technology, and software verticals. Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. McGill spent over seven years in the Energy Investment Banking group of Raymond James & Associates where he completed over 100 strategic transactions including public equity offerings, advisory engagements, and private securities assignments for a wide spectrum of energy industry clients, including oilfield services and equipment companies. Immediately prior to joining Bregal Partners, he held the title of Vice President.
Mr. McGill currently serves on the board of Aqua Terra Water Management LP.

Arjun Mehta is a Vice President at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare, financial technology, business services, and consumer service sectors. Previously, Arjun was an investment banking analyst in the financial sponsors group at Credit Suisse where he focused primarily on the arrangement of debt financing for leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Arjun holds a BSFS in International Political Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
Sébastien Mo Costabella
Sébastien joined Bregal in February 2019 after completing an MSc in Energy, Trade and Finance at ESCP Europe, Paris and London.
In his role at Bregal Energy, Sébastien drives the origination and execution of prospective investments and assists the fund's portfolio companies with the implementation of value-enhancing initiatives.
Before joining the firm, Sébastien worked at EY as a member of the Transaction Advisory practice, serving clients across Switzerland and western Europe. He also interned at private equity firm Advent International in Frankfort, Germany.
Sébastien earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He has also completed Level II of the CFA program.
Once a highly proficient pianist, Sébastien continues to practice in his free time and is an affiliate of the Music Conservatory of Geneva, where he grew up.
A Swiss national, Sébastien is fluent in French, English, German, and Spanish.
Matt Molnar is an Analyst at Bregal Partners.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. Molnar was a Summer Analyst at Aquiline Capital Partners where he worked with the Financial Technology team. Mr. Molnar also previously completed an internship at ZAIS Group.

Mr. O’Loughlin joined Bregal in 2020 from Performance Equity Management, a boutique private equity investor, where he worked on global buyout and venture capital fund and direct equity investments. In his role as a Vice President at Performance Equity Management, Mr. O’Loughlin was responsible for sourcing, leading diligence on, and presenting investment recommendations for fund and direct equity commitments. In his time at the firm, Mr. O’Loughlin worked on investments totaling nearly $1B in equity commitments.
Mr. O’Loughlin holds degrees with honors in Economics & Business and Civil Engineering from Lafayette College. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Connor Pams is an Associate at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare, financial technology, business services, and consumer services sectors. Divyesh Patel joined Bregal as a Finance Associate in October 2016.
Previously, Divyesh was an investment banking analyst in the Principal Investments Group at Macquarie Capital, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and monitoring investments across a wide variety of industries.

Scott Perekslis is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Bregal Partners. He has more than twenty five years of experience in the private equity industry and has worked closely with many public and private middle-market companies.
His investment focus is targeted primarily toward investments in the consumer, food & retail, and energy services industries, with a particular focus on seafood harvesting, processing, and marketing.
Mr. Perekslis has extensive corporate governance experience. He currently leads Bregal’s efforts with respect to, and serves on the boards of, American Seafoods Partners LLC, Blue Harvest Fisheries LLC, Arcus Hunting LLC, and Aqua Terra Water Management LP. He also currently serves on the boards of United Sports Brands LLC, US Community Behavioral LLC, and OmniForce LLC.
Mr Perekslis served previously as the Chairman of the Board of Bumble Bee Holdings, L.P., Connors Bros., L.P., Gray Energy Services LLC, and Hyco International, Inc. He also previously served as a director of ASG Consolidated LLC (American Seafoods), Nexus Gas Partners LLC, the Connors Bros. Income Fund, KIK Corporation Holdings, Inc., K2 Pure Solutions, L.P., and Firearms Training Systems, Inc.
Prior to founding Bregal Partners, Mr. Perekslis served as a Senior Partner of Centre Partners Management LLC, which he joined in 1991; during his tenure, the firm invested more than $3 billion in equity capital. Mrs. Prager currently helps oversee the firm’s investment in Ju-Ju-Be.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mrs. Prager was a Principal at TZP Group, where she originated and led investments in the consumer products and services, multi-unit and business services industries. Prior thereto, Mrs. Prager was an Associate at Summit Partners, where she focused on consumer, education and tech-enabled businesses. Mrs. Prager started her career at J.P. Prior to joining Bregal, Travis Reardon worked as a Fund Accountant at Tinicum Enterprises with a focus on accounting, reporting, treasury and investor relations. Previously, Travis worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at MHR Fund Management LLC, where he was responsible for the accounting and reporting for various Private Equity and Hedge Funds. In addition, Travis has prior experience working as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP within their Financial Services Audit & Assurance group.

Kevin Richardson is a Finance Director at Bregal Investments and Bregal Sagemount responsible for financial operations.

Michelle has served as General Counsel – Americas of the Bregal corporate investment group since 2007. Prior to joining Bregal, Michelle was Vice President and Co-General Counsel of ICON Capital Corp., a global asset manager and specialty finance company based in New York. Before joining ICON, Michelle spent eight years as a mergers & acquisitions attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. She also spent a year serving as In-House Counsel to a 2004 U.S. Presidential Primary Campaign.
Michelle received her JD from Yale Law School where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation. She also holds a BA in Political Communication from The George Washington University and an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, where she was a Shapiro Scholar.
Mr. Royer joined Bregal in May 2020.

Antonia joined Bregal in August 2018 as Director – Head of Capital Development
Prior to joining Bregal, Antonia spent 10 years in private equity working for Alinda Capital Partners LLC, a global infrastructure fund. She was the Managing Director responsible for investor relations and fundraising. Earlier in her career, Antonia worked in several structured finance origination and execution roles at Citigroup, Inc and its predecessor firms.
Antonia holds a Master of Art in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Stephen Skubina is an Analyst at Bregal Partners.

Kirk Smith is a Vice President at Bregal Sagemount. Jon Sonnenschein is a Principal at Bregal Sagemount and leader of the Growth Factors Technology, Process and Innovation practice. Prior to Bregal Sagemount, Jon was the CEO of Redbooth, a Silicon Valley-based collaboration SaaS platform, which he exited to AeroFS. In the Valley, Jon built a track record of successful exits including Findly (scaled to $50 million revenue and exited to First Advantage), and two Sequoia Capital-backed ventures: Plaxo (exited to Comcast for $175 million) and Jajah (exited to Telefonica for $207 million).

Jessica is a corporate counsel for the Bregal corporate investment group.
Previously, she was a Corporate and Securities associate at Dechert LLP in New York City and London. She has also completed a one-year microfinance fellowship with Kiva in Central Asia and Eastern Europe, consulted for an education and healthcare non-profit organization in Ghana, worked at a human rights law firm in Namibia and taught English in Chile.
Jessica received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology and English Literature from the University of Michigan.
Sandeep Swaminathan is an Operating Partner at Bregal Sagemount, where he is focused on partnering with portfolio company management to drive accelerated growth in revenues and profitability while building operational scale. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Sandeep worked at Vista Equity Partners in their operating group, where he led operational transformation of billion dollar enterprise value companies driving dramatic improvements across all facets of the business ranging from Sales to Product Management.
Prior to Vista, at Sears Holdings, he was responsible for Sears’ Apparel eCommerce business as well as their Member Rewards Program. Earlier in his career, Sandeep worked at Manhattan Associates, an enterprise software company, and was responsible for Professional Services across Asia Pacific for their mid-market solution. Sandeep received his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Strategic Management and Finance and his MS from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
Pavan Tripathi is a Partner at Bregal Sagemount, where he is focused on originating and underwriting investments in the healthcare, digital infrastructure, software, and specialty finance sectors. Previously, Pavan worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an investment banker and private equity investor. Most recently, he was a member of the Growth Equity team in Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division where he focused primarily on high-growth software and communication infrastructure businesses. Pavan graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Quentin Van Doosselaere
Quentin Van Doosselaere joined Bregal in January 2009. Following his business school graduation in 1984, he moved to New York and began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He then joined Bankers Trust Co. as a Managing Director and ran various global capital markets businesses. In the mid-nineties, he held executive positions in a number of non-profit organizations before going into academia. He was affiliated with Columbia University and Oxford University when he joined Bregal.

Curt Witte is the Head of Portfolio Operations for Bregal Sagemount with a focus on partnering with portfolio company management to drive high yield operations enhancement. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, he was an Operating Partner at Symphony Technology Group, where he focused on portfolio company operations enhancement for various tech businesses in eCommerce, business services, health care IT, mobile apps, and advertising. Prior to Symphony Technology Group, Curt founded and scaled Findly (profitable $50 million revenue on-demand software company) through its merger, and successful spinoff, from First Advantage, a Symphony Technology Group company.
Finance Director - Americas
Prior to joining Bregal, Amy Wong managed the middle office group in the Alternative Investments business at JPMorgan Chase. Previously, she worked in the Finance and Accounting area at Gen Re where she was responsible for the accounting of all entities in the Corporate Finance business. In addition, she has prior experience in various auditing functions. She started her career in the Ernst & Young financial services assurance group.
Amy received a BS degree from NYU Stern School of Business for accounting and information systems. She is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder, and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
Phil Yates is a Partner at Bregal Sagemount. Prior to this, Phil was with Great Hill Partners from 2003 to 2012 where he focused on growth investments in software and technology-enabled services across the healthcare, payments, business services and consumer verticals. Before Great Hill Partners, Phil was at Carousel Capital, a middle market private equity firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC where he worked on transactions in franchising, healthcare, industrials, and communications. Phil started his career with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in the Consumer and Business Services investment banking group. Phil holds a BS in Business Administration with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Charles Yoon has more than two decades of experience in the private equity industry, with an investment focus primarily targeting the consumer & multi-unit and food & beverage industries.
He serves on the boards of American Seafoods Partners, TDBBS, United Sports Brands, Ju-Ju-Be, Pilot Automotive, and Total Vision. He has previously served as a director of Earth Fare, MyEyeDr., Paradigm Tax Group, Market Track, TPI, and Merrick / Castor & Pollux.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. Yoon served as a Partner of Monitor Clipper Partners in Boston. He joined MCP in 2004, and, during his tenure, the firm invested over $1.3 billion in equity capital. Prior thereto, Mr. Yoon was a Principal at Brentwood Associates. He began his private equity career in 1995 at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.

Gene Yoon is the Managing Partner of Bregal Sagemount. Prior to founding Bregal Sagemount, he was the Head of Private Equity for Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Americas Special Situations Group, where he focused on middle market growth equity investing. Before Goldman Sachs, Gene was a Partner at Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the media, communications, technology, and business services sectors. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Corporate Development at Geocast Network Systems, a venture-backed technology infrastructure provider. Gene began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in investment banking. He holds both a Bachelors in Economics and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
