Bregal Milestone

Rob is a Partner in Bregal Milestone and leads the in-house value creation team, Milestone Performance Partners (MPP). Prior to joining Bregal Milestone, Rob had a 25-year career in the software and services industries, leading significant global businesses for SAP and Blue Prism, as well as roles as a senior partner with Accenture and Cap Gemini with pan-European responsibilities. He has substantial, broad-based senior executive experience of managing technology businesses; transforming and scaling businesses; and driving innovation into product portfolios and business operations to catalyse growth. He has built a team of experienced operators in MPP to provide operational advice and support to our portfolio companies in order to accelerate their enterprise value creation.

At Bregal Milestone, Rob has chaired the Boards of Epassi and Cybersentriq, and has been a Board member of Cafeyn, Paack, Teamwork, ProductsUp, Allshares and Ridango, and a Board advisor of Basware. Rob has an MBA from London Business School and a B.Com degree.
