Kelley Weibezahl is a Vice President within Bregal's secondaries practice. Prior to Bregal, Kelley was a Vice President at Gemspring Capital, a middle market private equity firm where she focused on the evaluation and execution of buyout and strategic add-on investments across a range of industries. Prior to Gemspring Capital, Kelley was on the investment team at Cortec Group, a middle market private equity firm where she was also responsible for the evaluation and execution of buyout investments. Earlier in her career, Kelley was in the Investment Banking division of Piper Sandler where she focused on the healthcare services sector. Kelley began her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Deal Advisory practice.

Kelley received a BS in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University.​​
