Jens Brenninkmeyer is Chief Executive Officer at Bregal Investments.

Jens joined Bregal in 2023, serving as Chief Strategy Officer where he led a review of the firm’s platform strategy while overseeing new deal activity and portfolio management across six strategies.

Prior to joining Bregal, Jens was a principal at Sixth Street, a global investment firm, where he focused on investing in software and financial technology companies. Prior to Sixth Street, Jens was an investment professional in Goldman Sachs & Co.’s Americas Special Situations Group.

Jens received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University, holding a BSBA in Finance and International Business.
