Bregal Investments

Jens Brenninkmeyer is Chief Executive Officer of Bregal, a global GP solutions platform for the private markets. He leads the firm’s investment strategies and operations teams across New York and London, spanning primaries, secondaries, co-investments, seeding, and staking.

Jens joined Bregal in 2023 as Chief Strategy Officer, helping to shape the firm’s evolution while overseeing its principal investment portfolio. Before Bregal, he led financial technology investing at Sixth Street, and earlier was an investment professional in Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group.

Jens holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA from Georgetown University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
