David Greenbaum is a Principal at Sagemount, where he is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, data & information services, technology-enabled services, business services, and healthcare ecosystems across a variety of vertical markets. He has over 14 years of experience investing in and advising growth-stage, technology-enabled companies and enjoys partnering with founders and management teams to support accelerated growth strategies.

Prior to Sagemount, David was a founding team member at Brighton Park Capital, a growth equity firm specializing in software, data & information services, technology-enabled services, and healthcare. Previously, David was an Associate at Level Equity and at Morgan Stanley in the firm’s Technology Investment Banking group. David received a BA in Economics, with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Management, from the Johns Hopkins University.
