Curt Witte is an Operating Partner at Bregal Sagemount and leads the Growth Factors team with a focus on partnering with portfolio company management to drive high yield operations enhancement. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, he was an Operating Partner at Symphony Technology Group, where he focused on portfolio company operations enhancement for various tech businesses in eCommerce, business services, health care IT, mobile apps, and advertising. Prior to Symphony Technology Group, Curt founded and scaled Findly (profitable $50 million revenue on-demand software company) through its merger, and successful spinoff, from First Advantage, a Symphony Technology Group company.

Previous experience as a Silicon Valley tech leader includes founding and scaling VC start-up ventures by over 14x and driving large upticks in growth and profitability for billion-dollar Fortune 50 lines of business. Curt has broad scale six sigma experience in leading strategy, branding, marketing, sales, product, design, service, operations, development, finance, BD, and M&A activities. He has special tech knowledge in API centric development, mobile apps, big data platforms, social video looping, gamification, and high-impact social sales.
