Bregal launches Bregal Helps Initiative

In May 2020, all senior Bregal employees in partnership with the COFRA Foundation raised a €3 million relief fund with the mission to assist Bregal portfolio company efforts to alleviate a human crisis and to support local communities with targeted charitable donations to those impacted by Covid-19.

To date five initiatives were approved. The initiatives will help support the emergency relief fund for hospitality workers in the US; enable connectively during the time of isolation for elderly care home residents and children with terminal illnesses; help facilitate delivery of free meals for deprived families in Finland and also homeless individuals in San Diego, as well as contribute to supporting most vulnerable with shelter and treatment needed in Washington.
