Scott Perekslis has more than twenty five years of experience in the private equity industry, with an investment focus primarily targeting the consumer & multi-unit, food & beverage, and energy services industries, with particular emphasis on seafood harvesting, processing, and marketing.
He currently leads Bregal’s efforts with respect to, and serves on the boards of, American Seafoods Partners, Blue Harvest Fisheries, Arcus Hunting, West Coast Salmon, and Aqua Terra Water Management. He also currently serves on the boards of United Sports Brands, US Community Behavioral, and CauseForce. Scott served previously as the Chairman of the Board of Bumble Bee Holdings, Connors Bros, Gray Energy Services, and Hyco International. He also previously served as a director of ASG Consolidated (American Seafoods), Nexus Gas Partners, the Connors Bros. Income Fund, KIK Corporation Holdings, and Firearms Training Systems.
