Jim Glenn is a Director on the Capital Formation team at Bregal Investments, where he will focuses on fundraising and investor relations activities for Bregal Sagemount. Previously, Jim was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group, working across primary capital raise, secondaries, and GP stakes advisory. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Jim was a Vice President at Probitas Partners, a leading independent placement agent. At Probitas, he led distribution for private fundraising to the Midwest as well as areas of the Northeast and Southeast. During his time at Probitas, he helped raise more than 20 funds totaling over $7 billion. His deal experience included buyout, growth equity, venture capital, real estate debt, infrastructure, and private credit. Prior to Probitas Partners, Jim was at EcoAlpha Asset Management, where he was responsible for raising institutional capital for the West Coast. He started his career at Wells Fargo in New York.

Jim holds a B.A. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
