Jennifer Fass is Chief People Officer for Bregal Investments where she supports Bregal Investments and each underlying fund. Prior to joining Bregal, Jen was the Executive Director and Head of Human Resources at CIFC Asset Management. During her tenure she was responsible for establishing and managing a global human resource platform.  Prior to CIFC, she held senior Human Resources positions across various financial firms such as Brown Brothers Harriman, GCM Grosvenor, Regions Bank, and MetLife.  She began her career at Merrill Lynch and has 18 years of HR experience.

Jennifer holds a BA in Communications from The University of Alabama and holds a MS in Human Resource Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business.  She was inducted into the UCONN School of Business Hall of Fame as a student fellow.  She holds both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
