Francien Heckman joined Bregal in 2023 as Senior Associate ESG & Responsible Investing. Prior to joining Bregal, Francien worked for Oakley Capital as a Sustainability Manager, integrating ESG considerations into the investment lifecycle. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Sustainability Consultant at MJ Hudson and in the FIG Debt Capital Markets team at ING.
Francien holds an MSc Finance & Investments and an MSc Economics & Business (Behavioural Economics) from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
