Bregal manages an active co-invest program alongside its general partners. Co-investing in amounts generally between €10-50 million, we strive to be a value added partner at all stages in the investment process.

We participate in all stages of the co-investment process, from very early on to after the deal is signed, in all cases contributing our resources and network in whatever way facilitates the transaction. In a number of instances, collaboration with Redevco, our sister division specialized in real estate, has allowed Bregal to help quantify sale and lease back opportunities in a rapid and discreet manner.

• $200 million in an education services company
